Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident trying any app subscription purchased through our website. That's why every web subscription comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee - no questions asked.

How to get a refund?

It depends on where you bought the subscription.

If you bought on our website - just fill in our contact form and select "Refund request". Super easy. Once your refund gets the green light, we'll process it within 3 days maximum. Depending on your bank, it might take up to 15 days for the money to hit your account.

The 30-day window applies to your first charge on any plan - weekly, monthly, or annual. Renewal charges are non-refundable unless the service was down for more than 48 consecutive hours during that period.

If you're in the EU or UK - you also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase, provided you haven't activated premium features yet. Email us with the subject "Statutory withdrawal" within 14 days.

If you subscribed through the App Store - we can't issue that refund ourselves, only Apple can. Here's how:

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID.
  3. Find the charge, tap "I'd like to" and select "Request a refund."
  4. Pick your reason and submit.
