Why mobile apps fail
before they launch

Most mobile app projects don't fail because of bad ideas. They fail because development, design, monetisation, and store preparation are managed separately — and nobody is accountable for the commercial result.

01
No internal execution team
You have the product vision but no mobile engineering team to build it. Hiring takes months. Managing freelancers takes longer.
02
Fragmented delivery
Design, development, backend, analytics, and store submission are split across vendors with no unified ownership. Progress stalls. Quality suffers.
03
Technically built, commercially unprepared
The app works as code but is not ready for real users. Subscription flows, paywalls, onboarding, and analytics come as afterthoughts — after launch, when it's too late.
04
App Store readiness underestimated
Privacy apps, VPN tools, ad blockers, and AI assistants face stricter review requirements. Without preparation, rejections cause costly delays.
05
Subscription infrastructure added too late
StoreKit, billing logic, trial flows, web-to-app paths, and analytics event structure require architecture decisions made early — not retrofitted after launch.
06
No system for post-launch iteration
Launch is not the end. Without a structured iteration loop — analytics review, conversion improvements, bug fixes, feature updates — the product stops growing.

One partner.

Everything your
mobile app needs

Five integrated disciplines delivered as one product team — from the first product conversation to the first paying user.

Mobile Product Strategy
We help you define the app concept, target users, MVP scope, user flows, monetisation model, technical risk areas, and launch roadmap — before development begins. This prevents the most expensive mistakes in mobile product delivery.
The client gets a clear, commercially grounded product direction before a single screen is designed or line of code is written.
UX/UI Design for Mobile
We design mobile-first experiences covering onboarding flows, core product screens, settings, paywall screens, subscription interfaces, AI chat UIs, privacy flows, and retention loops — all optimised for real users and App Store quality standards.
The product feels polished, coherent, and immediately understandable — ready for real users and store review.
iOS & Android Development
We build production-ready mobile applications for App Store and Google Play distribution. Stable architecture, clean codebase, analytics integration, backend connections, and subscription infrastructure — engineered for performance and long-term maintainability.
A working app that can be tested, submitted to the stores, launched publicly, and improved over time.
Subscription & Monetisation
We implement subscription flows, paywalls, billing logic, StoreKit and Google Play Billing, trial structures, analytics events, and web-to-app payment paths where applicable — integrated from the beginning of the build, not retrofitted after launch.
The app is structurally prepared to monetise from the first user, not after the first quarter.
Store Launch & Ongoing Support
We prepare App Store and Google Play submissions — metadata, screenshots, app descriptions, privacy documentation, review materials, and release management. After launch, we continue as your iteration partner: bug fixes, analytics review, conversion improvements, and feature updates.
A launch partner accountable for what happens after deployment, not just what gets shipped.

Six steps from idea
to live product

A structured delivery process built around mobile product reality — not software project management templates.

Discovery
Discovery
We understand your product, market, target audience, app category, monetisation model, technical requirements, and launch constraints. We ask the questions that prevent expensive late-stage decisions.
Scope
Scope
We define the MVP, feature set, user flows, technical architecture, subscription infrastructure, roadmap, milestones, and delivery priorities — aligned to your budget, timeline, and commercial goals.
Design
Design
We create mobile-first UX/UI for onboarding, core product flows, paywalls, App Store screenshots, and key user states. Every screen is designed with conversion, retention, and review standards in mind.
Build
Build
We develop iOS and Android builds with backend integrations, analytics, subscription logic, web-to-app flows, and all required infrastructure. Regular delivery checkpoints keep you in the loop throughout the build.
Launch
Launch
We prepare the full App Store and Google Play submission — metadata, screenshots, privacy policy integration, review materials, and release flow. We help you navigate review requirements for your specific category.
Iterate
Iterate
Post-launch is where the product begins to develop. We support bug fixes, analytics review, conversion improvements, feature updates, and product refinements — using real user data, not assumptions.

Who we build for

Founders, product leaders, and companies entering mobile — across the categories we know best.

Founder-stage
Founder with a Mobile App Idea
You have a clear mobile app concept and business rationale but no internal team to execute it. Aivatech Group becomes your full product team — from concept definition and UX/UI design through to iOS/Android build, store submission, and launch.
Monetisation-first
B2C Subscription App
Your app needs a commercial architecture from the beginning — not after launch. We build onboarding flows, paywall screens, subscription billing, trial logic, analytics, and conversion tracking into the product from day one.
Privacy & Security
Privacy / VPN / Security Product
VPN, ad blockers, breach monitoring, secure browsing, and privacy-first utilities require specialised product and technical planning — especially for App Store review. We have experience building and shipping products in these categories.
AI-powered
AI-Powered Mobile Assistant
AI chat, vertical AI tools, personal assistants, support automation, and productivity apps built on top of LLMs. We handle the mobile UX architecture, API integration, subscription layer, and App Store positioning for AI-native products.
Rebuild or rescue
Existing Product Needing Rebuild or Launch Support
You have a prototype, legacy codebase, unfinished app, or a previously rejected product that needs to become production-ready. We assess the current state, define the path forward, and take the product to a launchable, commercially prepared state.

Common questions

Answers about our development services and app subscriptions.

Yes. We build for both App Store (iOS/iPadOS) and Google Play (Android). Depending on your product and launch strategy, we can start with one platform and expand to the second, or build for both simultaneously. We'll help you decide the right approach based on your target market, budget, and timeline during the Scope phase.
Yes. Many of our engagements begin with an idea and a market direction — no spec, no wireframes, no existing code. Our Discovery and Scope phases are designed to take you from concept to a clear, executable product definition before any design or development work begins. You'll leave that phase with a defined MVP, user flows, and a delivery plan.
Yes. App Store review preparation is part of our delivery process, not an add-on. We prepare the submission materials, metadata, privacy policy documentation, and review-facing implementation. For sensitive categories — VPN, privacy tools, ad blockers, AI assistants — we apply category-specific preparation informed by our experience. We cannot guarantee App Store approval, but we build and prepare your product to give it the strongest possible submission.
Yes. Subscription infrastructure is a core part of what we build — not an optional add-on. We implement StoreKit 2 (iOS) and Google Play Billing, paywall screens, free trial logic, subscription status management, and analytics events for conversion tracking. This is integrated from the beginning of the build, so your monetisation architecture is correct from the first user — not retrofitted later.
Yes, where relevant. Web-to-app payment flows — where users subscribe via a web checkout rather than in-app purchases — can be a meaningful part of a mobile monetisation strategy, particularly for reducing platform fee exposure. We build and integrate these flows where they make commercial sense for your specific product and category.
Both. Some clients come with a new idea and need an MVP to validate the concept and reach their first users. Others come with a validated product direction and need a full production build. We scope the engagement based on your goals. In either case, we build with production quality — stable architecture, clean code, subscription infrastructure, and store-ready implementation — even for an MVP.
Yes. UX/UI design is a core service, not subcontracted out. We design all mobile screens — onboarding, core product flows, paywall screens, subscription interfaces, settings, error states, and App Store screenshots — as part of the full delivery engagement. If you already have an existing design system or brand identity, we work within it. If you're starting from scratch, we define the visual language together.
Launch is the beginning, not the end. After release, we continue as your iteration partner: monitoring analytics, reviewing conversion data, fixing bugs, shipping updates, improving onboarding flows, and adding features based on real user behaviour. Most clients maintain an ongoing support and iteration engagement with us after their first launch. We design the product from the start to be iterable — so post-launch improvements are structured and measurable, not reactive.
We work on a fixed-scope, fixed-price basis. Before any development begins, we run a paid Scope engagement to define your MVP, user flows, and delivery plan - this becomes the foundation for a fixed project price with no open-ended billing. Post-launch support and iteration are typically structured as a monthly retainer. We don't do time-and-materials contracts where the final cost is unknown upfront.
You do. Full ownership of all source code, design files, and assets transfers to you upon final payment. We retain no rights to your product. You receive everything - codebase, Figma files, and all project materials - with no licensing restrictions or ongoing dependency on us.
Yes. We sign mutual NDAs before any detailed discussion of your product. Your idea, business model, and technical details are treated as confidential from the first conversation - before any agreement is in place.
It depends on where you subscribed. If you subscribed via the App Store, go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad and cancel there - Apple manages App Store subscriptions directly. For Google Play, open the Play Store, tap your profile icon, go to Payments & subscriptions, and cancel from there. If you subscribed on our website, use our contact form and select "App / subscription support" - we'll handle it for you.
Web subscriptions come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Use our contact form, select "Refund request," and we'll process it within 3 business days. For App Store purchases, go to reportaproblem.apple.com and request a refund directly from Apple - we cannot process App Store refunds on Apple's behalf. For Google Play, visit Google Play support. Full terms are on our Refund Policy page.
This is almost always an automatic renewal charge from a subscription started earlier. Check your App Store purchase history (Settings > [Your Name] > Media & Purchases > Purchase History), your Google Play order history, or search your inbox for a billing confirmation email from us. If you still can't identify the charge, contact us via the contact form with the charge amount and date and we'll investigate.
For web subscriptions, look for a billing confirmation email from us - the order reference is listed there. For App Store purchases, it's in the receipt email from Apple (sent to your Apple ID email). For Google Play, check your Google account order history at play.google.com. The reference helps us locate your account faster, but you can still submit a support or refund request without one.
First, try signing out and back in, or force-closing and reopening the app. For App Store subscriptions, go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions to confirm the subscription is still active. If the issue persists, use our contact form and select "App / subscription support" - include your device model and OS version so we can help you faster.
